Quite a lot of major changes and updates. Still working on it and turning things upside down. Since this will take some time I apologize for any inconsistencies during the reconstruction.

Release of Vol. 10, Nr. 3 of our newsletters; put compressed dvi- and ps-files into archive.

Changed a few of the pages to a nicer layout including language switches on every page and a mailto-possibility on bottom. I will do this for all the rest of the pages by and by.
Made the archive section more compact; most people want the PostScript version anyway.

Corrected some typos in Vol. 10, Nr. 2 and put updated version into archive. Also found the electronic version of Vol. 6 on some disks and put it into the archive.
